Twynham Community Link Project (The Link Project)
The project is to build a ‘Health & Wellbeing’ annexe to the church, comprising a large multipurpose sports, activities and community hall, and adjacent two-storey suite of rooms and offices. The project is called ‘Twynham Community Link’ or the ‘Link Project’.
The project is divided into two distinct phases:
Phase I: To replace the existing youth centre hall which was built in 1950s with a full height, modern, multipurpose hall. The proposed building is designed to be a venue for all-age activities for both the church and the community at large.
And work has begun!!
Phase II: To build a two storey suite of rooms adjacent to the multipurpose hall on the space left following the demolition of an old portacabin. This will comprise of three offices, three meeting/counselling rooms, a small kitchen for beverages and additional toilets.
