The total cost of Phase I of Twynham Community Link Project is £435,198
This money has now been raised and the building will be complete later this summer.
This was done in response to a vision, and belief in God’s faithfulness, an amazing level of commitment demonstrated by the church family through pledges, donations, legacies, the generosity of grant making trusts and a huge number of highly successful fundraising activities which remain a high profile activity!! We are so thankful for all the hard work and generosity!
Rob Watson – Pastor – reflected on Paul’s words in his letter to the Philippian church:
“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus”. Philippians 1:3-6
We have also been so thankful to receive grants from charitable trusts and foundations which are helping to take us to take big steps towards this total.
Now that Phase 1 is nearing completion (with the exception of the purchase of sports equipment and seating), we are now looking at Phase 2.
