She has also had a varied work background from being a legal secretary in London through to her current work as a counsellor.<\/p>\n<p>Ali is one of the chaplains at Moorlands College supporting students pastorally and is a specialist mental health mentor for those struggling with academic learning.\u00a0 She also has her own counselling practice in Burton and works supporting mission partners across the world.<\/p>\n<p>Ali serves on the Eldership Team and the Leadership Team as she has a great deal of experience of leadership in churches and has a pastoral gift helping people in the church too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ali is married to Rob and has many interests; she likes to go walking and cycling, paints when she can.
